Do I have to pay extra fees?

All charges are clearly displayed at the time of booking—there are no hidden fees. Optional add-ons or extra services may carry separate charges upon request.

We ensure full transparency in pricing. Taxes and service charges, if any, are included and highlighted during checkout.

Can I change my reservation?

Reservations may be modified based on availability and our change policy. Guests must contact us directly as early as possible to request changes.

Modifications may be subject to revised rates or terms, depending on the season or room category selected.

What happens if a host cancels?

In the rare event of a host-initiated cancellation, we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund. We will also help relocate you to a similar property where possible.

Our team remains available to ensure your travel plans aren’t disrupted and your comfort is prioritized.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations can be requested by calling us directly or via email. Ensure you provide your booking ID and registered contact number for faster assistance.

Please note, as per our policy, cancellations are not eligible for refunds once confirmed.

If I cancel, will I get a full refund?

Unfortunately, all bookings at Iris Suites are non-refundable. Once confirmed, we do not process refunds for cancellations, early checkouts, or no-shows.
